We provide a full complement of customized insurance products to cover all of your needs, from pre-foreclosure through REO to rent, including:

  • Mortgage Impairment Insurance – Protects the lender’s or investor’s interests from uninsured or underinsured damage to the property.
  • Forced Place Insurance – Type of mortgage impairment insurance placed on a property by a lien holder in case the borrower allows coverage to lapse.
  • Balance of Perils Insurance – Protects the lender’s or investor’s interests for specified “non-required” perils not covered by the borrower’s Homeowner’s Policy.
  • Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance – Protects against loss incurred due to accidental errors and omissions in servicing the loan portfolio, including meeting notification requirements and procuring or maintaining certain types of property coverages.
  • REO Insurance – Provides coverage against bodily injury and property damage liability for owned properties, foreclosed properties, and properties that are in the process of foreclosure, including REO rentals. It also provides first party coverage for the replacement cost of the asset itself.
  • Renters Insurance – Protects the tenant’s personal property against covered losses, thereby providing an additional buffer to the landlord’s insurance program.
